So . . .

I got to work and began working at 5am.

I left at 3.15pm.

I took a five minute break to use the bathroom and get a drink.

I just agreed to another 'eight hour' shift tomorrow since one of the other girls broke at least one finger closing tonight.

Someone asked me if we had a health and safety officer at work. I think I laughed out loud. The bandaids in the First Aid kit look older than I am.

And then I searched the internet for a rocket launcher, bought one, took it to your work and blew up your work, after doing the same to my KFC.

That would be the most obnoxious approach. I guess the best thing would be to say "Stick your 8 hour shirts up your arse, because I need a half hour break instead of a 5 minute one". Yes, that's what I'd do. Well, what I've done, as they've tried to screw me over before and I refused to take it!

We actually don't get any breaks. I took the five minutes after I'd 'technically' finished

Well I would see a trade union representative about it then :). I have friends who specialise in Labor law, I can have a word with them if you want :).
