So, after months of looking at [livejournal.com profile] sangerin and [livejournal.com profile] wisdomeagle with their glee, I'm jumping on and adding my own. No quote yet, I need to find one I really like.

Glee!
1. Watching end of season 2 and beginning of season 3 Buffy. It just brings back so many memories that have softened with time.
2. My sister and my mother rang for chats. Kate's doing really well in Bundy
3. Big!Secret!Sewing!Project is coming on well
4. Dancing around the room to Video Killed the Radio Star as sung by Ben Folds Five
5. Seeing [livejournal.com profile] sangerin posting glee again!
6. (Added geek glee) Our census form arrived!

Three things I did well today:

1. I cleaned the garage!
2. I made pie!
3. I tidied other parts of the house for our Thursday house inspection

Two things I look forward to doing (better) tomorrow:

1. Finish cleaning the house
2. Working out the lettering on my latest layout

Hurrah for [livejournal.com profile] melwil!glee!

What sort of pie did you make? (And why do I have difficulty separating Andi from West Wing from Addison from Grey's?)

Pie = Beef, onion and carrot = yum

Andi vs. Addison = *shrug* (I don't watch Grey's)

Why do I still cry at Lover's Walk? And why can I still quote Spike?

Some things just stay with you. I can't imagine there'll ever be a time when "The Last Word" won't freak me out, and when I can watch "Yesterday's News" without tearing up. (Both Press Gang eps. "Yesterday's News" absolutely slays me. I see too much of myself in it.)

As much as I enjoy the later seasons of Buffy, they just don't reach in and rip your heart out the way Season 2 and 3 did. The big dramas seemed much more real back then - love lost etc.

Six still did for me: Normal Again, Tabula Rasa, Hell's Bells... all did a fair bit of heart-ripping. Lover's Walk is up there, I"ll admit, but I started watching the show post-Oz, so... it's less of a thing for me. TabRas is bigger. As is Smashed/Wrecked - especially Buffy talking with Tara in Wrecked, is it? But that's for personal reasons.
