The Dunkin Donuts Diet
Jan. 29th, 2003 11:14 amMy friends at work and I have noticed something a little bit alarming. It seems, that we are all victims of the Dunkin Donuts diet. It happens to the hapless employees, who because they never get enough hours, don't have enough money to buy proper food.
I can, I have discovered, live on nothing more than coffee, two minute noodles, pasta, rice, soup and baked beans. This isn't my choice - I love fruit and veggies and love my meat - but if I want such things such as transport to work, rent, money to ring my parents every now and then, then I have to buy only the basics.
Today, though, is pay day! So some veggies (potato and pumpkin!) and maybe some meat shoud be forthcoming.
