My friends at work and I have noticed something a little bit alarming. It seems, that we are all victims of the Dunkin Donuts diet. It happens to the hapless employees, who because they never get enough hours, don't have enough money to buy proper food.

I can, I have discovered, live on nothing more than coffee, two minute noodles, pasta, rice, soup and baked beans. This isn't my choice - I love fruit and veggies and love my meat - but if I want such things such as transport to work, rent, money to ring my parents every now and then, then I have to buy only the basics.

Today, though, is pay day! So some veggies (potato and pumpkin!) and maybe some meat shoud be forthcoming.

Lol, I know what it's like. Agaisnt my will I am on the (horrible, gross, awful) KFC diet. Like I can go get some nice sushi or a kebab and get back and eat it within the 10 minutes I'm given for a break. And I'm always running late, so I never have the chance to buy something before work. Too bad I only really eat the potato and gravy, though it's actually probably the least fattening thing.

We have that problem too - but at least we have bagels. (Mmm, toasted cheese bagle with bacon and cheese)
