New Spooks DVDs

Well. I caved spectacularly yesterday and purchased the Spooks Season Two Collectors Edition DVDs.I rushed the home to see what was on them . . .

So very shiny. Until Disc two wouldn't work.

So I quickly looked over the others, which all seemed to work, and took the DVDs back to JB Hi Fi, in case it was just my copy that was causing a problem. Turns out all the Disc Twos won't work. So the girl took my name and details and I took the others home, because hey - lots of Spooks regardless.

Later at home I had a deeper look at the other DVDs. And discovered that the content of Disc Two was on Disc Five . . .

sangerin - the picture on Disc 2? Zoe. The picture on Disc 5? Christine. I see some beautiful fic in this.

Also, after listening to some commentry I have the overwhelming need to slash Ruth with everyone.

Lord am I all jealous like. I wish I had the 50 bucks to shell out for the American series 2 set.

Waitwait. Disc....five?
I bought the original edition, which only had three discs.

Dammit! Now i'm definitely going to have to get that version.
Oh, and the original version? Sucked. Little to no special features, crappy menus...pathetic compared toseason 1.

Don't run out to buy the new version until they fic the damn thing up though. Lots of extras, but all shamozzely

a) thank you for the info re stuffed up discs (it's the disc 2 on my 3-disk set that's stuffed as well). I shall hold off on bugging the Burwood ABC shop...

b) Zoe/Christine could easily become my second-favourite OTP from this series.
