Long time no . . . write

melwilIt's been more than a week since my last entry and it doesn't quite feel right. But I thought I'd better post something or people might get worried (or more likely, forget that I exist)
The downstairs neighbours have been formally evicted, but are reluctant to leave. The landlords are softies who are waiting until they find place, but by all accounts, the guys aren't looking real hard. Instead they're going out of their way to make life unbearable. (We know this because they stood outside our flat and told each other that they were doing so) Arseholes.
Matt's back at work after two and a half weeks off. He had his parent's second car last week, so we went up to Binna Burra in the Gold Coast Hinterland and went for a bush walk, before heading down to Currumbin. Another day we drove up to Caloundra for a walk, before heading to Mooloolaba for fish and chips by the water.
Really, that's all. I'm playing copious amounts of SIMs, which would drive Matt nuts if he was at home, and reading lots. So far I've finished Bill Clinton's book and I Capture the Castle. I've got about 10 other books on my reading list.
What are you all doing?
