I feel like I should be posting about exciting things, since I go back to uni again on Monday and I'll be boring once more. But I'm broke at the moment, just holding on to pay rent on Saturday, and I'm sitting at home, with all the curtains pulled closed trying to avoid the Jehovah's Witnesses who think they're my friend. They left me a book last time they were here (why am I so polite) which cast extreme doubts on their translation of the Bible and passed on their hatred of homosexuality. I had to read half of my Dorothy McRae-McMahon book to calm down afterwards.
(Should I read out loud from John Shelby Spong next time they visit? Or just throw their book at them and threaten to call the police next time they come? Or chant Hari Krishna at them?)
I hate being so negative about a religion, I have no problem with religious diversity and usually find different beliefs interesting, but they brought it to my house and won't go away!. If only Matt had been even ruder than he was first time they came.
In other news, I have a few half written stories to finish.
