Because Bush is a best friend of Australia . . . .

So, my passport - which the Australian government allows me to hold because they trust me - is no longer good enough for America.

What's the next step? Will they start photographing and fingerprinting US citizens who live overseas. Because you know - foreign lands = dangerous.

*Looks into Canada or Europe for a foreign visit when I win the Lotto*

I just wish that American citizens didn't have to get the blame for the actions of his government. We've got an American student in my course who feels constantly under attack because people can't tell the difference between a government and a population.

I'm going my part here by convincing every American I know in Australia to vote *g*
