So yesterday I went into uni to begin O Week. I managed to grab a diary and bag pack (lots of ads, a few bonus cars, three condoms and half a mintie - now there's a party) before joining the christian group which actually gave me the opportunity to make a couple of friends.

First years, all dressed up and some of them with their parents, amuse me. Just thought I'd let you know that.

O-week scares me. I'm going into the city for Leo Cussen enrolment, etc (figured I may as well bite the bullet, as there aren't any other options left now), and the place is going to be crawling with College students on O-week stunts. I hated it my first year, and eight years later, I still hate it.

*sigh*

It's not as bad at QUT because there's no colleges as such. It cuts down on a lot of the idiocy. I know for us it's pretty much just getting free stuff, having a BBQ and finding out stuff about our courses.

*shudders* O Week.

QUT, how I hate you.

Hope you get more outta the place than I did! Though that's not hard... since all I got was a deep hatred of the place and a $3000 HECS fee. *grins*
