melwilStuff I find in my writing book:

She's always the first one on the Great Court, the one sprawling across the grass, swearing at the ants that dare to come close. She smiles when we approach, and makes biting pronouncements about politicians and current affairs and whatever else is pissing her off.
There's a lot that pisses Stella off.

"I forgot." Josh examined the label on his beer.
"What did you forget?"
"I forgot how bad this felt. You know, this breaking up business."
CJ patted him on the arm. "Sucks, doesn't it." She picked up her own beer. "Let's get drunk."
