Happy, happy, joy, joy
Apr. 1st, 2003 05:40 pmI went to a job interview session today with Virgin Blue. They're opening up a lounge at the domestic Airport (opening next week!) and need a set of staff.
If nothing else, even if I don't get the job - I had the best time.
The guy who ended up interviewing me, noticed me before the interview even started properly - always a good thing when you're trying to be noticed amongst 55 odd people. The interview went well too. I offered to tap dance on the tables if they needed it. A lot of older people there - but I have a feeling that they're looking for young and funky.
I'll find out tomorrow if I go through to the next round, but even if I don't - and I'm not as qualified as some of the other people - I enjoyed myself so much. If all job interviews were like that - being unemployed would be a dream.
