missmartin and I had a great day today, beginning with two hours of coffee (and fandom discussion), book shopping and Sizzler takeaway. We kept an eagle eye out for all signs of The Mexican (Sexi-Mexi Popcorn anyone?), and how to keep away from the MBFH (Mega Bitch From Hell).

All in all a really good day. Look out for some wicked ideas coming from the minds of Amanda and Melina . . . *g*

I tell you what, I would seriously consider getting a paid LJ in order to use more icons.

But I think these ones are pretty funky (hope you don't have wierd dreams about them Amanda).

Ah ha - I remember what I wanted to say.

I spent a little time last night, hunting down and trying to read a certain BNF in the Harry Potter fandom (you could say that she's one of the biggest).

Unfortunately, I found the writing to be so bad that I couldn't get past the first page on two different stories.

Thank goodness that I was introduced to Harry Potter by the wonderful lizbee. I honestly think that if I'd started with this BNF, I wouldn't have been able to get past these stories.

I just don't get the hype.
