First of all - thank you to everyone who has taken part in my poll. The results are wonderful. Even better is the discussion going on in the comments. I'm reluctanct to jump in and reply to any of them, because I don't want to guide the discussion or skew the answers at all. But the information you provide on top of your answers, is incredibly valuable and I really, really, appreciate this.
