Yet another fragment

melwilI'm finding finished and unfinished fic left and right. It's like cleaning under my bed:
Rose wrinkled up her nose as her mother lectured her about behaving herself. Jim, his prefect badge pinned hesitantly to the front of his shirt, hung slightly behind their mother, the determined look on his face letting Rose know there were many more lectures to come. She sighed and jerked her luggage trolley awkwardly, watching as her trunk slid across the platform, threatening to burst open.
“Margaret Rose Potter!” Her mother flicked her wand at the trunk, sending it back up onto the trolley, before waving her finger at her youngest child. “If you keep behaving like that, they'll send you back home before you even get sorted!”
Jim glared at her, but Rose looked around, smugly realising that her little trick had gained the attention of the others standing on the platform. She wasn't going to start at Hogwarts as a nobody.
Her mother turned her attention to Jim, quickly kissing him on the forehead. “Have a good year,” she told him, “and make sure she doesn't get into any trouble.” She turned and glared at Rose again. “Don't make me send you a howler.”
“We'll be fine, Mum.” Jim hesitated then hugged their mother quickly. “Be careful,” he said. Then he grabbed Rose's sleeve, dragging her and her trolley to the door of the train. “Come on. We don't want the train to go without us.”
Rose looked back at her mother, who was watching her nervously. Then she turned around, climbing into the train without a single look backwards.
