Well, not really my day

So, dancing numbers were down this week. Which was good, because I got to spend more time with each student, and bad because I have real expenses this week that require money.

And they're bringing out new Spooks DVDs, which is great, because I want new DVDs with shiny things. And bad because of the afore mentioned money issues.

And worst of all, I haven't yet got my Ben Folds ticket. I've booked it (hopefully) and paid for it (definately) but the printer at the ticket office at Central station wasn't working and I'm dependant on a QPAC minion sending it out to me. If this doesn't happen, I will camp outside the ticket office until someone gets me a damn ticket. Or a backstage pass and a seat next to Ben. This will be my fourth Ben concert, and nothing is going to stop me from being there. So there.

Mine are being sent to me. In fact, it's an option on their website, so I imagine they know what they are doing. I've had tickets posted from ticketek a lot of times, and never have they gone missing.

Uh. I think that made sense.

Unfortunately I bought them from the outlet and it has to be sent by someone specially. She's given me a couple of phone numbers, so if I don't hear anything from her by next week, I'll ring her and find out what's happening.

I'll be there, even if I have to kidnap Ben and his piano!

Don't fret; I think everyone's having their tickets mailed to them. Or at least, I am. And if you don't get it, we'll totally sneak you in under my coat.

This was just such a screw up, and I'm worried the booking didn't go properly. No one seems to know how to use the new ticketing process

i know i know.
when i went to central to get mine, it was the guys first day on the job and he ended up yelling and screaming round the office, and then after about 20 minutes, gave up and told me to go away.
and that was only one of four places i visited to get my ticket..

I started at Rocking Horse - with no luck

The guy at Central was assisted by a nice girl by the time I got there. She's the one sending me the ticket (hopefully)

Well, if you don't get it, we'll certainly help you kick them in the shins and steal their left shoes, etc.

LOOK AT MY HANDSOME ICON!

i started at rockinghorse too. then central. then at southbank (where i couldn't get it because they don't have the new qtix program yet) and then finally got them at qpac. just soon enough that i had 5 minutes to get across the bridge again, get changed, and get to work.

my afternoon was no better either. *shakes fist at world*
but i sorted it out eventually, and hopefully you will too :)
